AOI offers a complete benefits package which is fully paid by the Company; employees do not contribute any amount in order to participate. An overview of our benefit plans follow:

 

  • GROUP HEALTH PLAN: AOI's Group Health Plan provides coverage for physician office visits, hospital, surgical and other eligible medical expenses incurred by you and your covered dependents. Employees are provided a comprehensive Preferral Provider Organization (PPO) plan. Our Group Health Plan also features Prescription Drug coverage.
  • DENTAL PLAN: Our Dental Plan covers Preventive, Basic and Major Services. In addition, it provides Orthodontic Benefits for eligible dependents under age 19.
  • VISION DISCOUNT PLAN: As a Vision Discount Plan participant, you and your covered dependents are provided the opportunity to purchase optical goods and services at impressive savings through a network of optical providers.
  • FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN: AOI offers "Health Care / Dependent Care / Parking - Mass Transit Reimbursement Account Plans" which allow eligible employees to pay for certain expenses on a "before-tax" basis, thus saving participants money.
  • TERM LIFE INSURANCE / ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) PLAN: AOI provides each employee with Term Life Insurance / AD&D coverage. The beneficiary you elect will receive payment of your coverage amount in the event of your death; if you suffer dismemberment and qualify for a plan benefit, the plan will pay the benefit amount directly to you.
  • LONG TERM / SHORT TERM DISABILITY PLANS: Both a Short and a Long Term Disability Plan is provided to AOI employees. These plans provide a way for an employee to maintain a percentage of their earnings in the event of disability.
  • 401(k) SAVINGS PLAN: AOI's 401(k) Savings Plan provides a convenient and cost effective way for an employee to save for retirement. Under this plan, an eligible employee can elect to contribute from 1% to 15% of their salary into a 401(k) account. AOI will contribute 25 cents for each dollar an employee contributes up to 8% of their salary. A vesting schedule determines when you gain full ownership of AOI's contribution.
  • OTHER AOI BENEFITS (The following benefits are also offered through AOI): -- Tuition Reimbursement Program -- Vacation / Holiday Plans -- Sick Leave Policy -- Parking Subsidy. All benefits begin on an employee's first working day with AOI, providing immediate coverage. (This excludes the 401(k) Savings Plan and the Tuition Reimbursement Program; certain rules and regulations also apply to each individual benefit plan described above).
