AOI has developed a number of intensive courses in technical subjects aimed at providing customers with high-impact, high value, training to technologists.
With the continually rapid change of tools, technologies, and methods, it is difficult for many companies to effectively implement internal programs to keep up to date in technology. AOI provides comprehensive technical education in a range of subjects, each focused on providing customers with a balance between the leading edge and pragmatism. While the latest technologies may hold great hope for the future, many are currently unable to meet the needs and manage the risk associated with large-scale systems aimed at running the business.
While formal training can be very effective, AOI has also had great success in combining training with individual initiatives, performing mentoring roles. In providing a combination of services and just-in-time training, we have been able to accelerate the independence of customers in developing and deploying new technologies.
